First Capital Consumers ripoff they took money from checking account and never send credit card ripped off and scammed

In Feburary i recieved a phone call at work from first capitol consumers promising me a credit card for 2,000. All i needed to do was give a check by phone of $200 for my activation fee, i would recieve my card 7-10 buissness days after. They took my money from my checking account on 3/4/02 from wells fargo.

I never recieved my card, i have constanly called and i am getting the run around for the last 7 months they use excuse after excuse, i have wasted more in phone bills. They hang up on, put me on hold and never return to the line, promise a return call from supervisor and never have i recieved a call.

I have no address for these people and they are not listed on line, however there are several complaints reguarding these people reguarding the same matter, help me get my money back please.
