I have AN UNauthorized charge added to my CAPITAL ONE account (been a client for 4 yrs)
with a sister CO. Of yours called Payment Protection. They have been charging me $15.00 per mo. When I carry a balance. I recall speaking with a customer service rep 18 months ago and remember when he offered me this option and I DECLINED the offer. I was able to speak with the protection group and they cancelled this authorization and will only credit my account 1 month, and referred me back to Capital One. Each dept refers me to the other. I am DEMANDING a full credit to my account - and I also want the dates and the name of the person that signed me up for this option without my autorization. This is a bad business practice and I am completely appalled at your organization. I am also surprised, over all these yrs as a cardholder and have not endured any problems or issues like this.
