Credit protection rip off Salt Lake Utah

I had Capital One as my credit card. I had been laid off and paid for years for the credit protecton just in case something ever happend to my job. When i called Capital One about my layoff they said that they canceled my credit protection. I asked them why and they stated that my payment was laite on my card. I had never been late, and I notifird them a month in advanced and filled out all the paperwork. Now they have added interest on the amount and I can't pay the payments. They are a big ripoff. Grrrr Capital one
