My account with a major credit card company entered Arbitration after only 5 months in the Credit Solutions program. This is unacceptable considering they told me that I would have 3 years to pay this back with no mention of Arbitration whatso ever. They ask for the majority of the fee upfront just incase something like this happens.
Their estimated settlement amount for Account increased from $5800 (estmaited payoff) $2200) Credit Solutions Fees) to $9,764.24 $2200 in fees. This practically doubled, from the original estiamte. This new amount (fee settlement amount) is equal to what Arbitrator is offering to me directly. At the end of the day they saved me ZERO and offered no benefit... If anything Credit Solutions did not manage this properly by letting this go to Arbitration in the first place casusing more of a headache than anything I ever thought possible.
Credit Solutions refuses to refund my fees in total. Bad news... Stay away. You are best to deal directly with your credit card company.
