We have been trying desparately for three months to get a settlement amount from our last debt. Being that we signed a contract, everything has to go through Credit Solutions. Unfortunately, we keep getting a different story every time that we call, none is ever the same.
This last settlement is holding us up from purchasing a home. I am disgusted!!! What a rip off, and a total pack of lies that were spun by this company. The two previous settlements were also like a "non anesthetic tooth pulling". All that we want to do is pay for this, and pay them off, but no one wants to work with us.
I would never recommend Credit Solutions, and in fact have told anyone that will listen, how absolutely TERRIBLE that they are with their customers, and within their business practices. What a crock. Again, I remind you that this phone hell has been going on for THREE MONTHS!!
