Capital One
Identity theft account opened in my name, now treated as my debt

I recently had my identity stolen and someone got a credit card in my name. I then started to receive bills and unknowingly I paid the first one because I thought it was from the one that I had actually used. I paid 134 dollars and then I started to receive more bills for the interest on the account that I did not have and overlimit fees were 50 dollars a month.
Now they have me on the debt collectors black list and refuse to take me off!
They say I owe them over 600 dollars when in actuality they owe me 134 dollars.
The credit card company is the infamous Capital One.
I say boycott these Capital One bastards!!!
