My father had a stroke in May and I had to quickly move 1200 miles to be closer to him, find an apartment and a job. I contacted Triad/Roadloans to get 2 payments added to the end of my contract and was told there was nothing they could do.
In September my father's brother died suddenly and I found myself taking off days to assist them with funeral and other family business. The day my uncle died Triad called me while I was on the phone with the funeral home to get the body moved out of my aunts house and got angry because I could not talk to them about the payments at that time.
When I called back the agent was at lunch so I was given another person who agreed to 3 months added to the end of my contract and told me they would send me an agreement. Nothing was sent so I called back 3 separate times - apparently they were waiting for my September payment to post and once that did they refused to give me the 3 months as agreed to.
Not someone I will do business with again because this should have been something that most companies offer however I had to get 3 months behind before they would agree to anything - cheaper than picking the car up.
