My husband and myself declared ch 13 bk in Oct, Homecomings filed forlocure papers on Nov. During repayment of ch 13 which I might add was paid off two and a half years early Homecomings added fee's and costs to the tune of $1618.00.
Homecomings then took payments sent for current and arrearage payments and posted towards late fees and the $1618.00 leaving us with a continually deliquent payment.
Without formal notice of default Homecomings / aka Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas has now filed for foreclosure on September 15.
What a mess, back to the same place we were at when we filed for ch 13 bk, so much for federal protection laws.
