I was with homecomings for 5 years, and made all my payments. If we were late would make 2 the following month. Everytime we turned around they refused payment and throw us into a forbearance repayment plan and just before we finished it with making every payment they would tell us we need to do another one to become current.
We were scared and didnt know what to do or to talk to about this. We are now with centex mortgage and they're vice president contacted me personally and said they took alot of money unowned to homecomings. I need to know what to do to recover all my money.
The last year we were with homecomings i paid over 26,000 and they wanted to put me in another payment plan. Said we still owned for that year. I am very confused and broke because of this company. Please help.
P.S. I do have 4 folders with every document and proof of payments i made.
