I have been paying off my Disny Visa in full for the past 2 years.in July I only paid half of it off so I knew I would be charged interest. When I looked over my bill in August to check the interest I noticed I was charged interest based on an average daily rate. I could not figure out where this rate came from based on the charges I had made. It appeared they had included my interest free promo in with the ADR. I called Disney Visa and asked them to explain how they came up with this ADR and she could not explain it to me instead she offered to remove all interest. She told me to make sure I pay my bill in full so that I do not incure any further charges. I paid my bill in full in August. I just received my statement for September and there are interest charges on it again. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me that I had to pay my card in full to no be charged interest, I told him I did. He told me it has to be paid off in full for two months in a row and on the third month I would not pay any interest. I asked him how that was possible. I never paid interest after paying off a balance in full and he just kept saying the same thing. I then asked him how the ADR is calculated and he could not explain it but offered to take off the interest for me. I feel they are ripping people off. I have never had a credit card company charge interest after a card has been paid in full.
