This is a direct quote from Dana Whaley, on of Green Tree's paralegals. Can anyone else say "hahaha"? In July I wrote a second letter addressing my concerns in detail. They have been nothing but rude and condisending. They say that they are willing to "work" with you and then when it comes down to it, they always back out.
When they find out that you don't have a substantial income they start telling you to get another job, you are white trash, and we don't know why we would ever give someone like you a loan. They are a tooth sore that never goes away. They like to call non-stop day after day after day, even at my place of work where they were harassing some of my minor co-workers.
That's just beyond wrong. No one at the place is willing to work with you no matter what your situation. After all the reports that I have read on both this website and another, I am relieved to know that there are so many others out there who are having the same problems as I am. Part of me wonders how the employees who call and harass me can sleep at night and how would they feel if they received the same phone calls from there creditors.
