I paid in a collection in full with them and have not recieved a paid in full letter as requested. I have contacted them numberous times to have this faxed over to me and was assured that i would recieve this within the day and sometimes within the hour.
Nothing! I find it hard to believe that after I provide a payment they do not provide me with any kind of proof of payment as requested. It has been over a week and have not recieved anything! I have talked to many representitives and managers at Leading edge and all seem to be incompetent of fax. Most of the calls i get transferred five or six times after I have given them my information and have to repeat it everytime with each rep and manager.
On several occasions I found that the reps and managers had entered my fax in the wrong location on the request. I have even gotten hung up on! Now I am in no way rude to them as I am sure they are doing the best they can but a company cannot be run this way!
THis has cost me much distress and discomfort as I am looking to purchase a home but am unable to due to this collection. I need to show paid in full.
