Billing and turning a paid in full account to a collection company after leaving their service

After cancelling my mobile service with T mobile I received Two Bills they were both paid.

4 months after ending my service with T mobile I received a phone call from another Company (see collection rip off).

The agent for this other company became nasty with me on the phone when I explained I did not owe this bill.
The agent stated I did and if I did not I would have to provide him with documentation.

The agent became very nasty and disrespectful I requested his company name which he refused to give me as well as his name at which point he hung up.

I informed him that he would have to get with T mobile as I would not provide this as those records had been long stored. I contacted T Mobile was on the phone with TMobile for three hours.

T Mobile said the bill was paid in full and showing a zero balance. I asked T Mobile to contact the company that they reported this to and they gave me another company (see collection rip off 2).

T Mobile told me that I had to take care of this with the collection company.

After speaking with T Mobile I contacted the company (Collection rip off 2) I requested names, addresses, employee ID #'s which they would not provide (other than assumed names).

I requested to speak with a manager whom I was told would be in a meeting for three hours. I requested his direct number (he has none nor does he have an office).

This company told me after checking their records that they didn't call but where showing zero balance also.

After getting no where with any of the above companies. I got on the internet and found a yahoo blog about T Mobile in which some one has listed a phone number.

I found an 800 number on caller ID from 2 days previous (this wasn't available on the original call that started this). As I was on the phone at the time the call came in and cliked over to quickly for the number to register.

I contacted T Mobile again. I am now waiting for T Mobile corporate to get a hold of me.

I then called the company (collection rip off).
The agent that answered the phone for this company was the same agent that called my house. He asked me nearly imediately if I had the proof for him. I informed him he was not getting it and that I wanted to speak with a manager.

When a manager (?) got on the phone I was explaining how rude and indignant his employee was when he became indignant. He started raising his voice and telling me I owed this bill I informed him I did not and he should check with T Mobile.

He yelled at me that he was going to put this on my credit report imediately.

Is this the corporate image T Mobile wants? How about these other companies?

Its really to bad cause we were really thinking of going back to T Mobile as the other fewer dropped calls company is not very good.
