Ripoff said i would get 2000 dollar credit limit credit card if i sent 200

I recieved a phone call about a credit card with a credit limit of 2000 dollars min. I listened to the lady on the phone and agreed i would pay it i havent recieved my 2000 dollars yet or heard anything either. I would like the 2000 i have been promised so i can get my credit back on track.

Do not fall for this like i did.
