I open a account with Captial One Credit Card, in November, 1998, I was given a $250 credit limit. I charge approximately $195.00 on my credit card. I made monthly payment on this credit card, in April of I paid Captial One $400.00 dollar to close my account with them. On February 21, I receive a call from one of their customer representative tell me I own NCO Financial Assistant $1,500 dollar. I refuse to pay this bill becasue the credit limit was $250.00 and I pay Captial One off in 2000. This is a Rip-Off, I don't own them any money. Please help me.
