As a costumer and professional in my field. I have never been treated with non-respect and lack of professional that I was faced with today. BB&T bank clearly made the error and Now I am stuck paying for it.
After several trips and phone calls, I went to the Sterling branch today. The branch manager basicly stated the problem was mine and never the less I was to be changed for the over draft. To the sum of 120.00 bucks.
I was never informed of changes based as they related from F&M to BB&T (shit). I will NOT pay the overdraft charges and I am willing to do battle in court.
I believe all clients of BB&T should verify all banking status. Checking and savings.
They are ripping you off. For all the services that were provided via F&M.
