Afni
Ripoff sent me a bill from cingular $28,236 never had account

I recieved a letter from AFNI COLLECTION SERVICES, letter states I owe $28,236 for a CINGULAR account opened on May 26 which included 6 phone lines. Afni is requesting me to send a copy of my drivers licence, social security number, a copy of the police report indicating identity theft and proof of residence during the time in which these accounts were opened. I've never had a cingular account.
