Fraudulent collections!

I received TWO selection words from Afni Selections for Cingular, declaring two different quantities. I've NEVER had a Cingular Cellphone in my own title, the ignorant guy that I talked with stated that I this telephone and compensated onto it from 1999 to 2003. He questioned basically understood an individual whose title used to do not understand and connected me by having an address I never existed at, but understood my whole Social Security number. I told him that I'd not spend the statement and he questioned if it was how I manage all my obligations.

When I said I've NEVER had a Cingular phone-in my title or did I purchase such telephone actually.
