I applied for a loan in June and was horrified when the bank told me that the property that I listed as the house I own was not showing on the public records. As I researched the information myself, I found out that when Ocwen sold my loan in 12 to a another mortgage broker. Yet they never sent in the loan transfer or the loan release with the deed and trust.
So I immediately called Ocwen and all I got was the run around. They have outsourced to India and the poeple that they have answering the calls, if they even answer at all, you can hardly understand and do'nt have any job knowledge whatsoever.
After several attempts and 4 months later I still have had no luck they have promised and promised that they would send the loan release and loan transfer along with the deed and trust to my new mortgage company but have never delivered.
All I can do is continue to hound them and hope that one of these times I call I finally run into the right person that can get all this done for me and put me out of my misery.
I just have to wonder how many other people have they did this also.
