My ex wife and i had a joint loan on our house. After the divorce she redid the loan and the deed in her name only in 2005 which is recorded at the county court house. When i checked my credit report in 2008 all three credit bureaus have on my report a foreclosure. I tried to contact mr collins at ocwen numerous times and left messages for him to call me back but he never does. I had a attorney look over the deed and the records at the court house and was told i was not responsible for the loan or the house since every was redone in my exwifes name
