If your mortgage is through OCWEN, Refinance NOW. They purchaed my mortgage from New Cenuty (they were great) from that point forward it was a nightmare. My payment was due on the 1st, they would call me for payment on the 2nd. They also failed to put my name on the loan (I PURCHASED THE HOME) and they got my property address wrong. Calling customer care was even worse. When dealing with the most important thing you own, you expect the person on the phone to understand and speak english. Once again, OCWEN customers: REFINANCE NOW! I fianally e-mailed [email protected] and got my issues taken care of. Too little too late, already refinanced.
