I placed $200.00 to my Green Dot account. They charged me the $4.95 to install it. They never posted my money on to my account Ripoff

Green Dot lied to me several times. They are a FRAUD! I gave $200 and they keep saying "you will recieve your money later today" Its been several days. They are in the process of stealing my money. I do have my reciept that i loaded the money to the account as proof. Its a SCAM and its FRAUD!!! Talk about a new meaning to the term Credit Card Fraud!!!
