Saturday morning about 2 weeks ago I went online to check my checking account to see how much money I had in there. I knew it probably wasn't more than about $200.00 but what I wasn't prepared for was to see that my account was overdrawn $500.00. I literally flipped out.
I called my bank right away and they had my go down to fill out the dispute forms. I got down there and there was $149.95 pulled from my account twice and there was a 159.95 and a 21.95 pulled from my account all from this company. It wasn't anything that I had authorized to be pulled from my account. The bank told me that it would Monday morning before we could really take any action and do anything about this situation.
The company name and phone number was listed on the bank records so Monday morning I called and waited for ever to talk to someone, they told me that more than likely I had fallen victim to identity theft and to contact the police. The lady I spoke with also told me that 3 to 5 days after the 14th of July my account would be credited all of the money, well today is the 5th business day. I don't know where to go from here unless I call them again. I don't know how they got my checking account info, but I will be VERY careful from now on! When I discovered this website I was amazed at how many people this company has scammed its crazy. I also discovered that there are a lot of credit card companies that have tried to send us cards that are also scams, thanks to this website I know what to look for. Thanks!
