I went online to check my balance online this morning and discovered that there was an electronic check on my account. Upon calling the bank they said that the check had to be authorized by someone in order for them to get the money, i then found out who the check was written to and discovered the one eight hundred no# which i called about ten times only to be placed on hold each and every time. When i finally did get through to someone named tony and asked her which company she worked for she told me, she said she works for mutliple credit card companies. She then proceeded to tell me that she had form for us to fill out to report the fraud and it would be filed with the local police department and that my husband needed to call her himself and dispute this bill.
When i asked her why she couldn't refund the money into our account she told me that she did not have the money that another company had the money and it was not released to her. I again asked her to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was the highest person who worked there. I am about to be charged a bunch of overdrafts charges because they took this money out of our account without any permission. They are a fraud, and i will go to the bank and try to fight this charge.
