Canceled loan documents received - loan processed anyway Oaks Pennsylvania usa

I applied for a loan with this party on 6/27/06. I later decided i would try another avenue to obtain the money. I went online and obtained the loan cancellation paper. Filed it out and faxed it over the company received it placed it in my account on line and still processed the loan. Now wants me to pay fees and the loan they are out of their mind.
