Loan fraud, money loaned on property without consent of second party, property owned by two people. Title ins says they reported two owners to Ameriquest mortgage. When they did title search to show free of lein and no money owed on property. They show that there were two owners of property. They don't know why loan was giving without my signing loan papers.
