We, supposively closed on our refinancing loan on June 22. Johnathan our loan officer johnathan stated that everything was fine and the loan should fund on june 29. Johnathan knew that another company that we had file a chapter 7 against had made a claim that a lien is on the property.
After this company made this claim I went to the clerk of the court here in orland, florida and was told that there is no lien against our property. I found out the lien was against the outside air condition unit. Johnathan had tried to slip additional paperwork from this company to be paid $6000.
We showed him and the title company a copy of the bankruptcy and the paper stating the property was to be surrendered, and we explained to them that they were told to pick up the property and they never did.
As of this day July 1 we still haven't received any funds from ameriquest. Johnathan have been very rude to us since and he now address us as you people instead of by our names. Johnathan also trying to go back and charge us for $475 for an appraisal, which he said would he free.
This is the most crooked company that I have ever met.
