Ameriquest Mortgage is the most entertaining company to read about on this site, especially the Jennifer thing, her former employee and the innocent husband.
I'm a loan officer with large mortgage company and once a week we read the articles from former employees and laugh, I even work with a couple ex-employees from Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater, and most of the stuff you are reading is true or they witnessed it. Everybody in the business knows they are scaming thousands of people, and that they are the biggest joke in the mortgage business. We won't even do a loan from Ameriquest because we can never get value for the property because its so inflated. I hope the people who got scamed continue the fight to put Ameriquest out of business, but I don't think that will happen for years.
