First, this company is with the mess. I applied in Jan'06 and did not get my card until mar'06. Had to make a $20.00 payment before the card could be used. I basically had to get my lawyer on the line to get info from the non english speaking custer service reps. Second, this company closed my account in apr'06. Again nobody could tell me why? This appears on my credit report and all. Then jun'06 i get a call about payment being overdue. Donna the rep said that my account will be reopened and it would take 30-45 days to receive the new card. I made a payment through western union and it take 3 business day to post. I filed a complaint with the BBB
