This company contacted me because of a late payment, so I tried calling them to make a phone payment (they don't have online payment maybe they can't afford the cost after all their APR is only 29.9%. When i tried to call them to make this payment option #2 was for card member services which gave me a prompt operator message to please hang up and try again.
Maybe they figure they can draw a little more interest by having these glitches in their antiquated phone payment system which by the way costs $12.00 per transaction.
It's a shame that in this era of internet payment services which post to your account much quicker you still have overpriced rip-off companies like Aspire Visa.
