Rip Off Dishonest Business Practices made a 20.00 payment as 2000.00 and refused to reverse bank fees when it was their error 9 nsf fees to date

Bank paid a 20.00 as 2000.00. Refused to reverse 9 nsf fees when this was their fault. I had already had scheduled these payments in advance not knowing that the bank did not reverse this error. Still waiting for Robinsons May to send refund. Meanwhile checks are bouncing left and right. Bank of America refuses to do anything about this. Total is over $280.00
