Ripoff yeah balance what?

I am reading some of these comments, the ones about balancing a check book very funny. These people are not stupid that are having these problems. I had a deposit at us bank in person in cash that the teller put in as a check which got put on hold for 4 days, it caused 6 overdraft fees. So when i see this i call the customer service 800 number. The first rep i get denies i made a deposit in cash. Humm think i know the green stuff from the checks. Then proceeds after much arguing on my part that the branch made an error and i have to call them and get it fixed. When i call the branch there manager is in a meeting and doesn't call me back. So i call back at the end of the day and am told that the new teller did indeed put it in correctly and my account is fine, well i ask why that my balance is negative she says no it's positive and the transactions that are negative accured on two days before which is quite hummorous because i have the receipt from the bills from the same day after i made my deposit. The branch teller (mind you manager never returned my calls) tells me customer service is wrong and she doesn't know what to tell me. So i know have 200.00 dollars in fees and by the way my cash deposit still shows pending after 4 days. Since when does cash have to clear anything!!!

Maybe the people that say i don't know how to balance my check book can explain this to me.
