On May 29th my wife and I needed help to stop the foreclosure of our home in Georgia. We contacted FORECLOSURE ASSISTANCE SOLUTIONS for help. We were directed to contact FAS by the lender LITTEN LOAN SERVICES. After we paid FAS our hard earn $1000 as down payment against $1200 fee, we never heard from them again. After several attempts, they told us that they were unable to stop the foreclosure and we should hire a lawyer instead.
Please do not give this company a dime, they are a big rip-off and we suspect that they are now working with some lenders one of which is LITTEN LOAN SERVICES to steal your money. Again, please NEVER give this scam artist your money, they will promise what they cannot deliver.
