On June 7, I signed a contract with FAS for them to help me avoid foreclosure proceedings on my home in Texas. FAS gladly took my $1,200 and proceeded to blunder their way to actually putting me in foreclosure.
Thanks to my (new) lender - loan was sold to another lender during this process, I'm now out of foreclosure and my problems have been solved. FAS did not work the deal, I did. No less than three people supposedly worked on my case, and the lender called me to let me know that FAS was not working on behalf in that phone calls were not returned, documents not returned to the lender as requested in order to stop the foreclosure proceedings.
In fact, the lender advised me that due to FAS's lack of cooperation, they are the reason the sale date was processed for them to foreclose on my home. I have started legal proceedings against FAS because I don't want anyone else to go through what I've gone through these last two months!
