I recieved a bill from them And their cohorts (Merchants Guide) that said I owed Capital 1 Credit Card over 3000 and that they where demanding payment for such plus penelties. I and my attorney informed them that the debit had been paid in full long before they purchased it and that they had no grounds to expect or collect anything. They recieved a sis and decease letter from my attorney. They then put a hit on my credit report for the over 3000.00 knowing full well that it was illegal and refuse to do anything about it.
There for I am headed down to my local court house today to file a 7500.00 la suite against them for liabel
