I also received a letter, dated Oct. 4, from Ken Hughes of Merchants' Credit Guide Co. Representing Pinnacle Credit Services for an large alleged debt to Sears. I was in shock as I barely remember owning a Sears credit card it must have been so long ago and I certainly would have remembered owing them that kind of money! My credit report is clear. This is the first I have ever heard of any such debt. I am sending them a letter via certified mail today disputing this and telling them not to contact me again. I can't believe this company can get away with this.
