Ameriloan loaned me $300.00 back in October this is now May. 2006 The first 4 months they took $90.00 now they have taken $90.00 with a $50.00 fee then $75.00 with a $50.00 fee then $60.00 with a $50.00 fee that comes to $725.00 and NO end is in sight. I am a disabaled Vietnam Veteran who only recieves checks from the goverment every month. I feel $425.00 intrest is a complete ripoff and I will file for relief in the federal courts and send a report to the NJ Attorney Generals office. If this is not against the law then what is. I feel I have paid them honest and with integrity but they are thieves in plain english. And I am in final stages of hepititis C I recieved in Nam.
