Where do i start my report?, first i tried to get an internet business going, it was through themewarei was told i could cancel within 30 days, i had no sales, so i tried to cancel my business, i was within my 30 days, leasecomm claimed i didnt, and i have proof that i did, along with proof that they lied to the bbb about the cancellation.
When the contract was suppose to be cancelled, they kept it active, and made me overdrawn in my bank account, i closed the account. Thats when they started adding 5 bucks to there charges, i refused to pay them, a few monthes passed along with their bills coming, and i tried to talk to them to find out why they didnt cancel the account, thats when they lied about the cancellation.
After maybe a month or 2, i tried to talk to them again, they were very rude condecending (in their tones) at each time they threatened to sue me in mass.
If they didnt get a certain amount my a certain day, that was the only they will be able to scare me into paying. After that, they started getting some payments, i decided there has to be other going through teh same thing from teh same comanpy, and i decided i wasnt going to let them scam me anymore, so i went to goverment agencies, who were of no help (i was even told by Julie merberg, a legislative assistant to congressman Charles W. Stenholm in washington, that the government doesnt like to get involved in the affairs of business, i shouldnt have had to hear that), and started searching for anything i could find about leasecomm.
I found victims of leasecomm that were lead to leasecomm by all kinds of companies, which a lot of are listed in the petition against leasecomm, any search engine can bring it up by entering the name "leasecomm".
I started talking to attornies, and at the advice of an attorney, i wont be paying leasecomm any more money, i can go into detail just yet of what i have evidence i have against tehm, but i will give that information later.
The scam has hurt me more that just financially, they cost me my chance to attend my grandfathers funeral, i want BLOOD FOR THAT! (figurativly speaking) because of what tehy forced to me to pay, i didnt have teh money to fly to kentucky to attend his funeral and be a pallbearer, and when i rightfully withheld whats mine, they destroyed my once perfect credit, that kept me from being able to get my credit limit extended to buy the plane tickets, they are 100 % responsible for that, and i wont rest until the leasecomm corporation, MFI, and all subsidiaries are down! (if you see any typos, excuse them, i get filled with rage at even a fraction of a thought of what they did to me, and that pain grows daily)
