Why are these people still in business, If I might suggest to this site administrator to build somewhere on this site a section where information and ongoing lawsuits, web addresses for government officials etc. Can be easily be accessed.
If enough complaints are funneled correctly something may get done. I myself have been going through hell with household finance and I'm sick of being ripped off by these thieves.
I wish there was one source for information and this site might just fill this void. Band together people and be heard!
P.S. Any one interested in a class action against household here in the northeast speakup.
