Took out an auto loan with Household Finance/Household Automotive because I was considered high credit risk. Was charged l4.5% interest for 5 yrs. I have been paying $385.00 a month for 3 years on the original loan of $l8,000., and I still owe over $11,000.00.
Called Household and they told me there is high interest charges daily when I am late, which I have been, but this is ridiculous. I now cannot sell this car for more than $6,000.00 and owe $ll, 000.00.
I have been paying, I should have gotten much more credit.
I know there is a lawsuit going or something class action with Household/Beneficial, how do I get involved? I am not a rich person and feel I have been shafted.
