All residents BEWARE of RADIANT MORTGAGE (aka American Financial Solutions, American Financial Services Formerly Downtown Kenosha SCUM). They came on the scene in the late 90's thinking they were going to cash in on the refi boom in this area by scamming our fine people!
They are presently advertising heavily on the radio, WIIL 95 FM, with a BS advertisement stating they will help you, along with other promises that they will not come through with. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!! They will screw you over as they have done to many upstanding citizens here! They changed their company name over three times in the last three years to get around this every time!!! And because of this they have had all their licenses on probation or revoked with the State of Wisconsin for FRAUD!
In addition, they are no longer in their office location, they were evicted for non payment of rent, and have moved this scam operation to a basement of a home of one of the owners. They will say they have to meet you for the application instead of offering to come to their office!!! Do not fall for this scam!
Let's get their licenses REVOKED from the State of Wisconsin and Illinois, and have them closed permanently from hurting and scamming any more good citizens in these fine States!
Both owners are a husband and wife team; Todd and Kathy Hudson, which have had their company license and loan originators licenses revoked by the State of Wisconsin for FRAUD.
Other known individuals involved in this company that are also very shady scammers; Caleb Bryant and Ralph Nudi to name a few.
They are also conducting illegal do-not-call telemarketing practices. This is highly illegal, but obviously they do not care!
