John Farrell called stating he could help me with my upside down mortgage. Although, I was leery and slow in paying him and in getting to him the required paperwork, after several calls from his office, I finally gave in.in hopes of saving my American dream. Of course, I haven't heard from him since, his voicemail is full, and the office number rings busy.
He claimed he had been through the same thing and that's why he got involved and learned everything he could regarding predatory lending and illegal selling of mortgages. Besides ripping me off for my $1500.00, a poor single mother of two just trying to save her house, I am deeply afraid of identity theft. So now I must call my ex husband and tell him I gave his SS number to a scam artist... God help me, I can here it now. But this time the ex will be right.
