First of I was never told my interest rate would be 78%. I asked them if I could change my due date from the first tell a date that was more convenient for me and I was told no I have from the first tell the 15th and I will accrue interest from the first tell the 15 also. I receive call and emails from them everyday from the first tell payment is received. They call me at work, my cell phone, my mother and recently my father in-law. I ask them not to call and harass me at work and they won't stop. I make my payment every month through moneygram and they told me I owe them an additional $400 dollars for a return check that I don't have record of happening. I didn't know moneygram bounced checks. I've sent them faxes requesting them to stop calling asking me why cant you make you payment on the first did you loose your job. And I was paying them on the 15th of every month god welling I would make it to moneygram before 6 o'clock. I got so sick of the phone calls and emails for 15 days it didn't matter if I paid on the 15th so last month I paid them on the 23rd or something and changed my number but I paid them. Now they are telling me I owe them a $90 over draft fee and when I called they said I owe $400. From day one after I received the loan they have been un reasonable. Oh and to top it off they moved without telling anyone and my bank had the wrong mailing info and I was charged more interest.
