We got taken by this company for over $25000.00, i think they work in cunjunction with mobile home dealers. We have a mortgage with this company, we hold a mortgage on one house, but own another one. We were told we stilll had to pay even though this house is not ours.
They frauded our papers for the above stated amount as far as my attorney can tell. We have an escrow, and they don't even pay taxes as promised in the papers.
We have called them on several occasions to get our house we are paying for, or a refund of the money they overcharges us—they finally blocked my home phone number as well as my cell number. We goth through on the neighbors phone, and they hung up on us. Six months have gone by and we have no payment book, the paperwork was all whited out, not even as good as a 1st grader could do.
Our home is falling apart, we have called them, sent them letters, told them the contract is fraudulent-nobody has called back. I wonder what would happen if we stopped paying? We don't even own this house—how could they foreclose on a fraudulent mortgage?
