I checked my credit card account thru my bill paying internet access code. There were 2 billings for March from this company. It referenced Foreign Currency $10 EUR and the exchange rate for each billing. They were nominal amounts of $12.13 and $12.19.
The credit card company has them listed as being catalog/retail. A Billing Dispute form has been sent to the credit card company disbuting the charges.
I have not purchased anything internationally on the internet, and have not traveled outside the United States in 6 months.
Internet sites are suppose to be secure when requesting credit card information. How can this be prevented in future?
