Ripoff debited a joint checking account 3 times for $90 each time. I have not authorized or done business with them

This company had debited a joint checking account of mine 3 times for $90 each time. My bank refunded the debit and they did it again. I cannot find any means of contacting these people. I never authorized these debits or did business with these people. My bank says I have no way to stop them unless I close my account and re-open one. Thast poses a huge inconvenience to me. I do not know what to do.
