This company's debit showed up on my and my mother's checking account one month. I thought she had authorized the debit. And she thought I had authorized it... It did not re-ocur for the next 2 months so we didn't investigate it. Three months later they debited our account again. THe bank can't stop the debits because they said we had to be the one to stop it with the company. We can not locate the company and neither one of us remembered buying anything from PA Life & Health Penlife. The only way to stop it was to close out our checking account and start a new one.
