Business Maxx aka Vistaprint, without permission has debited my account three times for a membership or some sort rewards program.
These debits were in the amount of $14.95. I was debited three (3) times and one resulting in an overdraft for insufficient funds, when they sent it through twice. I was charged an insufficient transaction amount of $29.00 and for that one time that they debited my account, they charged me $2.50 for transaction fee.
I notified their customer services department and I did not receive a customer service call back, I e-mailed to their customer services department, and I did not get any response at all, I have just notified the FCC, and the Federal Business Bureau, I am seeking the funds to be refunded to my account.
I have had a major inconvenience, I have had to have another checking account number issued as well as another debit card. This is indeed an inconvenience, and I just do not appreciate this in the least.
I would like the $14.95 (3) and the $29.00 NSF Fee, and as well as the $2.50 (3) that was taken unknowingly, illegally, and fraudulently, replaced, and returned to me at once.
