Unauthorized debits from checking account

This is actually the second-time that Platinmum Providers is attempting to charge 99.95 from my bank account. The very first time on 2-2 I called my bank and filed a fraud complaint stating I never authorized this debit and lo and behold on 218 they debited my account for $99.95 again... I am now going to the bank and I'm going to have to close this account and open up a new one... I can"t believe that nothing can be done to stop this... Now I have to change all my direct deposits etc... What a messPlease look into this and see what can de done... Thank you...
