I recently opened an account with PNC Bank. I was told all these great things about what they had to offer. I was Told about something called AUTO ALERTS, this was a product to email you when you went into overdraft. I was told that when you get the mail you had until the end of the day to get they money into the account to avoid NSF fees.
I got the alert, I made the deposits the same day. The next day I have all these fees. I go into the bank and talk two different people who again tell me the same thing. But they had to wait for there manager to put it through. Today I go in there it's a whole different story know. She tells me some made an error so what is that but bank error. She then says, well there's nothing else we can do.
This is such B/S. Her employee told me something completely wrong and I get stuck with fees.
Were is the honesty in banking with these people?
